First, test, adjustment, operation


1. Inspection and preparation before driving


(1) Check whether the insulation of the motor, electrical appliances and connecting wires is good.


(2) Check whether the lubrication holes are unblocked and lubricate the parts as required. Check each oil mark, if the oil quantity is insufficient, it should be supplemented.


(3) Check whether the screws and nuts are tightly tightened in place.


(4), turn on the air source (air source pressure should be greater than 0.55MPa), open the door intake air, confirm that the gas source treatment pressure gauge reading is 0.4-0.55MPa; the pressure regulating valve is set at 0.55MPa.


2, adjustment and operation


(1) Turn on the power. Start the main motor, the direction of rotation of the flywheel should be the same as the direction indicated on the sign on the back of the press.


(2), using the inching stroke, and gradually carry out a reciprocating motion, and then confirm the correctness before starting the test.


(3), start the test to check the inching, single stroke, continuous stroke is reliable, pedal and hands are sensitive.


(4) In order to ensure safety, it is also necessary to check whether the photoelectric protection device is reliable before starting work. When the object enters the protection zone while the slider is descending, the slider should stop moving quickly. (Note: The photoelectric protection device does not work during the return stroke of the slider, so as to carry out operations such as picking up and feeding.)


(5) When assembling the mold, the slider should be used to gradually open the slider to the bottom dead center (note that the upper and lower molds cannot touch each other), and then correct the mold position and adjust the mold height.


(6) Adjustment of the position of the return screw: An accident occurs in order to prevent the rod and the rod from hindering the movement of the slider. First, stop the slider at the top dead center. When the materializing rod is in the lower position, adjust the left and right processing rods to make the distance from the rod to be more than 1 mm, and then lock the rod.


(7) After checking and adjusting, firstly use the inching stroke to gradually make the slider reciprocate. After confirming the error, you can select the appropriate work, operation mode and number of strokes to start work.


Second, maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting


In the course of use, in addition to daily maintenance and maintenance, the press should also check and repair some parts regularly to ensure the normal operation of the press.

2. Adjustment of the V-belt: The V-belt should be inspected once a month. When checking, the press should stop running and cut off the power. If the belt has deteriorated, it should be replaced. Please pay attention when replacing the V-belt:


(1) Several belts must be replaced at the same time. Mixing old and new belts will result in uneven elongation.


(2) Although the standard length of the V-belt is the same, the actual length may be inconsistent. Therefore, it should be measured and selected.


(3) After the new belt is newly installed, it takes several days to fully wear it with the belt groove. After full running-in, adjust the appropriate belt tension.


(4) The spare belt should be stored, avoid sunlight, heat source, moisture, and must be careful to prevent adhesion of grease. Belt tension inspection method:


Press the center of the V-belt span with your finger. If the force is 2kgf, the deflection amount per meter is 16mm, which is more suitable.


Belt tension adjustment:


(1) Twist the four locking bolts.


(2) Rotate evenly, adjust the bolts, lift (or lower) the motor base to pull the V-belt


Tight (or relaxed).


(3) Re-tighten the bolt after adjustment.


3. Adjusting the clearance of the slider guide rail: During the use, due to wear or other reasons, the gap between the slider and the guide rail changes, which affects the accuracy of the press. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out regular inspection and adjustment. If there is too much wear, the guide rail and the guide plate must be re-grinded.


The left and right gap adjustments can be made by pulling bolts and pressing bolts.


The gap adjustment before and after can be performed by the increase or decrease of fixing bolts and gaskets.


4. Checking the balancer:


When checking the balancer for leaks, first turn off the power, and then check for sounds that are leaking near the top or bottom of the cylinder.


It is very dangerous to disassemble the balancer! The power and air supply should be cut off first, and the residual gas should be removed to confirm that the pressure gauge indicator value is 0.


When reassembling, the ZL-1 lithium-based grease should be applied to the sliding portion of the balance cylinder, and 50 g of lubricating oil per cylinder should be sealed from the piston.


5, the safe operation of the press


In order to ensure the safety of the body and equipment during the use of the press, the operator of the press and related personnel should strictly abide by the safe operating procedures of the press and the following safe operating measures.


(1), it is not allowed to remove the protective cover during work


(2) When the press is started, it is not allowed to install and adjust the machine tool and mold.


(3) During work, it is not allowed to extend the hand between the die and the slider and to correct the blank position in the die.


(4) It is not allowed to carry out cleaning and wiping work during the work process.


(5) It is not allowed to work when the press fails


(6) The operator is not allowed to work with other parts of the body when using the pedal operation.


(7) When the user installs the infrared safety device by himself, he must meet the requirements in the manual.
